If your site ADC is a DHCP server and the ip address there is having dns of the site ADC server and the HO ADC server then this will happen.

IN the DHCP address users get just put the site server as the DNS.

THat should reduce the traffic as the logon server will be that site ADC server and policies stored from the site server will be taken.

SO time taken to download the policy from head office will not happen as a copy of the policies are available there too. Also many of the work will be faster as the clients will not have to check with the DNS in the HO
