I have 1 dc and 4 ADC domain in different location. All ADC are located in different location remote.

 

Group policy is applied on domain but when i go for goresult from base location where my domain is located it shows that policy is applied from remote ADC i.e it should applied from default domain

hence increasing traffic.

 

Is there any setting in site and services so policy can be appiled from default domain

 

 

So anybody can fix the issue asap

IN the DHCP address users get just put the site server as the DNS.

 

THat should reduce the traffic as the logon server will be that site ADC server and policies stored from the site server will be taken.

SO time taken to download the policy from head office will not happen as a copy of the policies are available there too. Also many of the work will be faster as the clients will not have to check with the DNS in the HO

now if the scheme shows

 IP Address. . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.250.66
 Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
 Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.250.1
 DHCP Server . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.250.2
 DNS Servers . . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.250.2
                                     192.168.200.13

 

then in the DNS server remove the 192.168.200.13 which is the HO server DNS.
